Main Ingredients
  • 1 cup almond flour Measured accurately for the right texture
  • 1 scoop protein powder Any flavor can be used
  • 1/3 cup crushed graham crackers For that cheesecake flavor
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried strawberries Can substitute with fresh strawberries
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup For sweetness

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, protein powder, and crushed graham crackers until well combined.
  2. Add the freeze-dried strawberries and maple syrup, and stir until the mixture forms a dough.
  3. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a tray.
  4. Chill them in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

Measure ingredients accurately for the best texture. If too dry, add a splash of milk; if too wet, mix in more almond flour. Consider adding vanilla extract for extra flavor. These protein balls can last in the refrigerator for about a week or can be frozen for up to three months.
