Ingredients

Eggs
  • 6 large large eggs Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
Filling
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce Adjust to taste for spiciness.
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Garnish
  • Paprika for garnish For color and flavor.
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional) Can substitute with green onions or crumbled bacon.

Method

Preparation
  1. Start by boiling the eggs. Place them in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and let sit for about 10-12 minutes.
  2. After cooking, plunge the eggs into ice water to cool them down quickly, making peeling easier.
  3. Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them in half lengthwise.
  4. Gently scoop out the yolks into a bowl and mash them with mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle paprika and fresh cilantro on top for an extra touch.
  7. Serve and savor every spicy bite!

Notes

For best results, fill the egg whites right before serving to maintain freshness. Customize the spice level to your preference.
