Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the sugar and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Assembly
- Pour half of the batter into a greased baking dish and sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
- Cover with the remaining batter and sprinkle the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.
Baking
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
