Ingredients

Filling
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree Use pure pumpkin puree for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese Fresh mascarpone is recommended.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Whipped heavy cream is ideal.
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice Store-bought or homemade pumpkin spice.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Assembly
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled Ensure the coffee is at room temperature.
  • 24 pieces ladyfinger cookies
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder, for dusting For a finishing touch.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the pumpkin puree, mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, sugar, pumpkin spice, and vanilla extract. Mix well until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. In a shallow dish, pour the cooled coffee. Quickly dip each ladyfinger cookie in the coffee, making sure not to soak them too long.
  3. Start layering your tiramisu by placing a layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers at the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread half of the pumpkin mascarpone mixture over the layer of ladyfingers.
  5. Repeat the process with another layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers followed by the remaining pumpkin mixture.
  6. Cover the dish and refrigerate it for at least 4 hours, or overnight for the best flavor.
  7. Before serving, dust the top with cocoa powder for a beautiful finish.
