Preparation
- Choose a jar or a container with a lid for easy storage.
- Layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of the jar.
- Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
- Next, add a layer of mixed fresh fruits.
- If you like sweetness, drizzle some honey over the fruits.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: yogurt, granola, fruits, and honey.
- Seal the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
Notes
These parfaits can be customized with different fruits and toppings. Enjoy them as is, or pair with whole-grain toast or a smoothie.
