  • 2 cups yogurt Use thick yogurt like Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 1 cup granola Store granola separately to keep it crunchy.
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits Use berries, bananas, or peaches; frozen fruits can be thawed slightly.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Optional; can be substituted with maple syrup for a vegan option.
Optional Add-ons
  • to taste nuts or seeds For added crunch; can include coconut flakes or chia seeds.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Choose a jar or a container with a lid for easy storage.
  2. Layer half of the yogurt at the bottom of the jar.
  3. Add a layer of granola on top of the yogurt.
  4. Next, add a layer of mixed fresh fruits.
  5. If you like sweetness, drizzle some honey over the fruits.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients: yogurt, granola, fruits, and honey.
  7. Seal the jar and place it in the fridge overnight.
