Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Cooking
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
