  • 2 cups Mashed potatoes Use creamy mashed potatoes for best results.
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese Cheddar cheese is a great choice.
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
Cooking
  1. Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  3. Remove from oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3 to 4 days. You can reheat it in the oven or microwave. This dish pairs well with a fresh side salad or steamed vegetables.
