Preparation

- In another bowl, combine the wet ingredients: eggs and yogurt.
- Fold in the chopped rhubarb gently into the combined mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan.
Baking
- Bake in the oven for about 60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Tip: Make sure to chop the rhubarb into small pieces for even distribution throughout the bread. If you prefer your bread sweeter, add extra sugar as needed.
