Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, softened cream cheese, cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until well combined and creamy.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
- Place a generous spoonful of the crab mixture in the wider end of each triangle, being careful not to overfill.
- Starting from the wide end, roll up the triangle carefully to enclose the filling, ensuring the tips are tucked in.
Baking
- Arrange the filled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, leaving space between each.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Remove them from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes. Optionally, sprinkle some fresh parsley on top before serving.
Notes
These bites can be made ahead of time. Prepare the filling and fill the crescents a day in advance and store them in the refrigerator until baking. Serve warm for best results.
