Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, self-rising flour, and a pinch of salt until a dough forms.
  2. If the dough is too sticky, gradually add more flour until it reaches a smooth consistency.
  3. Knead the dough lightly on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough out into your desired pizza shape.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Transfer the rolled-out dough onto a pizza stone or a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Top with your favorite sauce, cheese, and toppings.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes until the crust is golden brown.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices to the dough before baking. Store any uncooked dough wrapped in plastic for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
