  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend Make sure it has xanthan gum
  • 1 tablespoon instant yeast For leavening
  • 1 tablespoon sugar To activate yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water Around 110°F to activate yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients.
  3. Stir until the dough gathers together.
  4. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Transfer the dough onto the parchment paper and shape it into a round pizza of 10 to 12 inches in diameter using oiled hands.
  3. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  4. Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp.

Notes

For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
