Preparation
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until the dough gathers together.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
Baking
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the dough onto the parchment paper and shape it into a round pizza of 10 to 12 inches in diameter using oiled hands.
- Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the crust is golden and crisp.
Notes
For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days, or freeze for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge overnight before reheating.
