  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Use fresh herbs for a more vibrant taste. Let the chicken rest after baking; this helps retain moisture and tenderness. Optional: Add a squeeze of lemon over the chicken just before serving for a touch of brightness.
