  • 4 slices cooked turkey slices Can use deli turkey as an alternative.
  • 1 cup stuffing mix Prepare according to package instructions.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp butter For topping before baking.
  • 4 large tortillas Flour or whole wheat tortillas work well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions and mix it with the cooked turkey slices.
  3. Spread a layer of the turkey and stuffing mixture onto each tortilla.
  4. Carefully roll up the tortillas tight and place each roll seam-side down in a greased baking dish.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream of chicken soup with the milk.
  6. Pour the gravy mixture evenly over the roll ups.
  7. Top with butter for added richness.
Baking
  1. Bake the roll ups in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
  2. Allow the roll ups to rest for a few minutes after baking before serving.

Notes

For best results, use quality ingredients and properly prepared stuffing. If tortillas break when rolling, warm them slightly for flexibility. Extra gravy is recommended for dipping.
