  • 1 cup orange juice Freshly squeezed preferred
  • 1 teaspoon spices (your choice) Salt, pepper, garlic powder
For the sauce
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries Can substitute with thawed frozen cranberries

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in orange juice and spices for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish.
  4. Pour the fresh cranberries over the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake the chicken for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  2. As the chicken cooks, the cranberries will burst and create a delicious sauce.
