Method
 

Preparation
  1. Slice the cucumbers and tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the mozzarella into small cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, tomatoes, and mozzarella.
  4. Tear the basil leaves into smaller pieces and add to the mix.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss everything gently and serve immediately or chill in the fridge for a bit.

Notes

Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Try different types of cucumbers, like English cucumbers, for a unique taste. Feel free to add other ingredients like olives or avocado for extra flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two days.
