Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolks, and lemon zest. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the prepared tart crust.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the filling is just set.
  5. Let it cool at room temperature and then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes

Chill before serving to allow flavors to meld. Always add a dollop of whipped cream on top for a delightful finishing touch. This tart can be made a day in advance and covered in the refrigerator until serving.
