  • 14 oz 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 0.5 cup 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 3 to 4 lemons) Use fresh lemons for best flavor
  • 2 large eggs 2 large eggs
  • 1 lemon Zest of 1 lemon Adds extra lemon flavor
  • 1 pinch A pinch of salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, lemon zest, and salt until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture into the pie crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the filling is just set and has a slight jiggle in the center.
  5. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Serve chilled for the best taste. Feel free to add fresh fruit or whipped cream on top for extra flair!
