Method
 

Marinate the Steak
  1. Whisk together lime juice, cilantro, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Place the steak in the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes, or up to a few hours for better flavor.
Cook the Steak
  1. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Remove the steak from the marinade and discard it.
  3. Cook the steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until it reaches your desired doneness.

  1. Let the steak rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly against the grain.
