  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped Any color bell peppers will work.
  • 1 cup broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced Add for extra texture.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients before you start cooking.
Cooking
  1. In a large pan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  2. Chop your veggies and add them to the pan. Stir-fry for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. Add the minced garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring well to combine.
  5. Ensure everything is heated through and serve hot over rice or noodles.

Notes

Use fresh vegetables for better flavor and nutrition. Don’t overcook the veggies; they should still have some crunch. You can prepare the meat and chop the vegetables ahead of time for quicker cooking.
