  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast Cut into bite-sized pieces.
Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 stick butter Unsalted preferred.
  • 1 cup heavy cream Can substitute with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese Freshly grated for best flavor.
  • 2 cloves garlic Minced.
  • Salt to taste Adjust according to preference.
  • Pepper to taste Adjust according to preference.

Preparation
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant but not browned.
Making the Sauce
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring frequently.
  2. Add the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining
  1. Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce until evenly coated.
