Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, shape the ground beef into small patties. Season them with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Cook the patties on a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Place a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking, allowing it to melt.
Assembly
- Assemble the sliders by placing patties inside the slider buns and adding your chosen toppings.

Serve warm for that melty cheese effect and allow guests to build their own sliders with a toppings bar.
