  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds For garnish

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients: sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until well combined.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated carrots and chopped green onions.
  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything to ensure the carrots are well coated.
  4. Let the salad chill in the fridge for a few minutes.
  5. Just before serving, add a sprinkle of sesame seeds on top.
