Assemble the Tacos
  1. Take a tortilla and spread a generous amount of cheesecake filling on one side.
  2. Add a spoonful of the warm apple filling on top and fold the tortilla to create a taco shape.
  3. Repeat this process with the remaining tortillas.
Serve
  1. These tacos can be served immediately, or you can place them in the refrigerator for a bit to chill.
  2. They are delicious either way!

Notes

Feel free to add other spices like allspice or ginger to the apple filling. Consider serving with a scoop of vanilla ice cream or a drizzle of caramel sauce for added indulgence.
