- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple chunks (canned or fresh)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 cup ice
- Honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Wash and stem the strawberries. If using fresh pineapple, cut it into chunks.
- Add strawberries, pineapple chunks, coconut milk, and ice into a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy. Add a splash of coconut milk if too thick.
- Pour into chilled glasses and garnish with a slice of strawberry or a pineapple wedge.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
