Ingredients

- 2 cups pasta (your choice)
- 1 can tuna (drained)
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup peas (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 splash lemon juice
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain it and let it cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, mix the drained tuna, chopped celery, onion, and peas.
- Add the cooled pasta to the bowl and stir in the mayonnaise, mixing well to coat all ingredients.
- Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Optionally, add Dijon mustard or hot sauce.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, either as a salad or as a filling in sandwiches or wraps.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. It’s best consumed within 3 to 5 days. For meal prep, consider mixing in mayonnaise only when serving to keep salad fresh.
