- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 ½ cups shredded cheese
- 1 bag frozen tater tots
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions and cook until soft, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain excess fat and stir in the cream of mushroom soup and half of the shredded cheese.
- Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased baking dish.
- Arrange the tater tots in a single layer over the top.
- Sprinkle remaining cheese over the tater tots.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
