Description
A delicious twist on the traditional tres leches cake, featuring a rich combination of three types of milk and fresh strawberries.

- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
- 1 cup regular milk
- 1 lb fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a rectangular baking pan.
- In a bowl, beat eggs and sugar until fluffy, then gradually add flour and baking powder until combined.
- Pour batter into the baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix together sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and regular milk.
- Once the cake cools, poke holes all over it with a fork and pour the milk mixture over the cake.
- Place sliced strawberries on top or in the cake.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then spread over the strawberries.
- Chill in the refrigerator for a couple of hours before serving.
Notes
For best results, use fresh strawberries and chill the cake for several hours to enhance flavors.
