Instructions
- Cook the rice according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chicken to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken and stir until the sauce thickens and coats the chicken.
