- 2 tablespoons cold water
Instructions
- Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Gently heat the gelatin mixture until it dissolves completely and set it aside to cool.
- In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream and start whipping at low speed.
- Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip.
- Once the cream thickens, slowly add the cooled gelatin mixture while beating at medium speed.
- Continue whipping until soft peaks form, being careful not to overwhip.
Notes
Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for better volume. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
