Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle the gelatin over cold water and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Gently heat the gelatin mixture until it dissolves completely and set it aside to cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, pour the heavy cream and start whipping at low speed.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar while continuing to whip.
  5. Once the cream thickens, slowly add the cooled gelatin mixture while beating at medium speed.
  6. Continue whipping until soft peaks form, being careful not to overwhip.

Notes

Chill your mixing bowl and beaters for better volume. Adjust the sweetness to taste.
