Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped herbs (parsley, thyme, etc.)
  • sliced olives (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms and carefully remove the stems.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, herbs, and finely chopped mushroom stems.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap generously with the filling.
  5. Place the stuffed mushrooms on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  6. Top each mushroom with sliced olives to resemble eyeballs.
  7. Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
