Instructions

  1. Season the beef chunks lightly with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
  3. Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
