Instructions
- Season the beef chunks lightly with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, grated ginger, and sesame oil until well combined.
- Place the beef chunks in the slow cooker and pour the sauce over them, ensuring they are well coated.
- Set the slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Once done, shred the beef with two forks and mix it back into the sauce.
- Serve the beef over rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
