A quick and healthy Shrimp and Broccoli Stir Fry that’s packed with protein and essential vitamins. Perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
  3. In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
  5. Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink.
  6. Add the broccoli florets and stir well, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
  7. Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine, letting it cook for another minute.
  8. Remove from heat and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
