Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets.
- In a large pan or wok, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start turning pink.
- Add the broccoli florets and stir well, cooking for another 3-4 minutes.
- Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine, letting it cook for another minute.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately.
Notes
Serve over rice or noodles for a complete meal. Garnish with sesame seeds or green onions if desired.
