- Fresh lasagna noodles
- 1/2 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound scallops
- 1/2 pound crab meat
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 3 cups creamy white sauce
- Fresh parsley or basil, for flavor and garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Spread a thin layer of white sauce at the bottom of a large baking dish.
- Layer sheets of lasagna noodles over the sauce.
- In a bowl, combine the seafood, ricotta, and some mozzarella.
- Add herbs for extra flavor.
- Spread a portion of the seafood mixture over the noodles, followed by more sauce.
- Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with noodles topped with sauce and mozzarella.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for the best flavor. Let the lasagna rest for at least 10 minutes after baking for easier serving.
