Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and peel the carrots, cutting larger ones into uniform pieces.
  3. Place the carrots on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
  5. Spread the carrots evenly on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until tender and caramelized.
  7. Check for doneness by piercing with a fork. Serve warm.
