- 1 ½ cups of graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup of melted butter
- 2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup of peanut butter
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and mix well.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool.
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until mixed in.
- Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
- Before serving, garnish with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, slice, and enjoy!

For serving, top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate or caramel sauce for added flavor.
