  • ½ cup of melted butter
  • 2 cups of cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup of peanut butter
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and mix well.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 9-inch springform pan and bake for about 10 minutes.
  4. Remove the crust from the oven and allow it to cool.
  5. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  6. Add the peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  7. Gently fold in the whipped cream until mixed in.
  8. Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  9. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set properly.
  10. Before serving, garnish with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups, slice, and enjoy!
