- Combine sweetened condensed milk with cold water and additional gelatin; heat until dissolved, then pour over the red layer.
- Repeat with blue gelatin, layering over the white once set.
- Continue alternating colors until all layers are created.
- Once complete, cut into finger-sized squares or rectangles and serve.
