Ingredients

- 1 lb ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Your choice of spices (e.g., onion powder, garlic powder)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and spices until combined.
- Form mixture into small meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and soy sauce over low heat, stirring until warm.
- Toss baked meatballs in the sauce until well coated.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For a lighter version, use ground turkey or chicken. You can also make the meatballs ahead of time and store them in the fridge.
