Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Your choice of spices (e.g., onion powder, garlic powder)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together ground meat, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and spices until combined.
  3. Form mixture into small meatballs.
  4. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  5. In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce and soy sauce over low heat, stirring until warm.
  6. Toss baked meatballs in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
