Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Shred the cooked chicken into small pieces.
- Spread a generous layer of basil pesto on each flatbread.
- Sprinkle the shredded chicken evenly across the flatbreads.
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
- If using additional toppings, add those now.
- Place flatbreads on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, cool for a minute, then cut into slices and serve.
