Description

A delicious combination of cheesy pizza and crispy quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal or snack.


Ingredients

  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. On one half of a tortilla, add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  3. Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
  4. Fold the tortilla in half, enclosing the cheese and pepperoni.
  5. Add a small amount of cooking oil to the skillet.
  6. Carefully place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
  7. Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
  8. Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve.

Notes

Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or spicy salsa for dipping.
