A delicious combination of cheesy pizza and crispy quesadillas, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- On one half of a tortilla, add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
- Layer pepperoni slices on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half, enclosing the cheese and pepperoni.
- Add a small amount of cooking oil to the skillet.
- Carefully place the folded quesadilla in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and cheese begins to melt.
- Flip the quesadilla and cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.
- Remove from the skillet, let cool for a minute, then slice into wedges and serve.
Notes
Serve with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or spicy salsa for dipping.
