- 1 lb thinly sliced beef (flank steak or sirloin)
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced

- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger
Instructions
- Place the sliced beef at the bottom of the Crock Pot.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions on top of the beef.
- In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, beef broth, garlic, black pepper, and ginger.
- Pour the mixture over the beef and vegetables in the Crock Pot.
- Stir gently to combine.
- Set the Crock Pot to low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Once done, serve over rice or noodles and enjoy.
