Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Add the grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the zucchini. Mix well to ensure all flavors are absorbed.
- Spread the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

Notes
