A delightful no-bake dessert that combines fresh strawberries with a creamy cheesecake base, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the fridge.
  2. In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Top with sliced strawberries and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  6. Once set, carefully remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.

Notes

For a twist, try using other fruits or a chocolate cookie crust.
