- 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
Instructions
- Mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter until it resembles wet sand. Press into the bottom of a springform pan and chill in the fridge.
- In a bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour the filling over the chilled crust and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Top with sliced strawberries and cover with plastic wrap. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Once set, carefully remove from the springform pan and slice to serve.
Notes
For a twist, try using other fruits or a chocolate cookie crust.
