  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon peppermint extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. Melt the butter and mix in the sugar and eggs until smooth.
  3. Add vanilla extract, followed by cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt; mix until combined.
  4. Pour half of the brownie batter into the greased pan and spread it evenly.
  5. In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, chocolate chips, and peppermint extract; stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Spread the mint fudge over the brownie layer in the pan.
  7. Top with the remaining brownie batter and bake for about 25-30 minutes.
