- 1 cup diced apples

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring until just mixed.
- Gently fold in diced apples.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
- Remove fritters and drain on paper towels.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, then drizzle over warm fritters.
Notes
