Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 2 eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup condensed milk
- Oil for frying
- 1/4 cup sugar (for caramelizing walnuts)
- 1/4 cup water (for caramelizing walnuts)
Instructions
- In a pan, cook walnuts with sugar and water until caramelized; set aside.
- Rinse and pat the shrimp dry.
- In one bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip shrimp into the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a frying pan and fry shrimp until golden brown and crispy; drain on paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix honey, mayonnaise, and condensed milk until creamy.
- Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce and garnish with caramelized walnuts.
Notes
