- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp turmeric
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add chopped onions, garlic, and ginger; sauté until golden.
- Cook chicken pieces until browned on all sides.
- Add spices: garam masala, cumin, coriander, and turmeric. Stir for 1 minute.
