Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and stir until the dough gathers together.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Transfer the dough onto the parchment paper, and with oiled hands, shape it into a round pizza of 10 to 12 inches in diameter.
- Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
- Add your favorite toppings and return it to the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crisp.
