Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together gluten-free flour blend, instant yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar to the dry ingredients and stir until the dough gathers together.
  3. Cover the bowl with a towel and let the dough rest for about 30 minutes.
  4. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Transfer the dough onto the parchment paper, and with oiled hands, shape it into a round pizza of 10 to 12 inches in diameter.
  6. Pre-bake the crust for 10 minutes.
  7. Add your favorite toppings and return it to the oven for another 5 to 7 minutes until golden and crisp.
