A delightful dish that combines rich garlic and parmesan flavors with easy preparation in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1.5 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes, then add them on top of the chicken.
- In a mixing bowl, combine minced garlic, chicken broth, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the chicken and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- 30 minutes before it’s done, sprinkle additional parmesan cheese on top.
- Stir gently before serving.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, mix cornstarch with water and add during the last 30 minutes of cooking. Consider garnishing with fresh herbs.
