- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup chicken broth
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add the halved baby potatoes on top of the chicken.
- In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, chicken broth, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well-coated.
- Set the crockpot to low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once done, allow it to rest for 10 minutes before serving.
- Garnish with fresh parsley or additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
Cut baby potatoes in half for even cooking. You can add heavy cream for a creamier sauce.
