- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin)
- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and the potatoes in half.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the beef pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- Add halved potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Add minced garlic during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
- Return the beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an extra minute.
- Serve hot and enjoy!

For extra flavor, consider adding herbs like thyme or rosemary. Serve immediately for the best texture.
