Instructions

  1. Cut the beef into bite-sized pieces and the potatoes in half.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the beef pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add halved potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  5. Add minced garlic during the last couple of minutes of cooking.
  6. Return the beef to the skillet, mix everything together, and cook for an extra minute.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
