- 1 package taco seasoning
- 2 cups sweet corn (fresh or canned)

- 1 bag Fritos, crushed
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning.
- Add sweet corn, diced red bell pepper, sliced green onions, and shredded cheese. Stir gently until well coated.
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes to let flavors develop.
- Just before serving, fold in the crushed Fritos to keep them crispy.
Notes
For a fresher taste, use grilled corn instead of canned. Store salad and Fritos separately to maintain crunch.
